Absolutely gorgeous
This rug is gorgeous and has really brightened up my living room and made it more luxurious. I love it, my toddler loves playing on it, the cats love it and my friends dog likes sleeping on it. I was a little worried having a cream rug but having spilt a whole cup of tea on it, which I was able to remove easily, I can say confidently that it's stain resistant. Brilliant. Well worth the money and delivered within 3 days of ordering. Thank you

Really lovely rug would deal with co again
Word of warning is if ordering from Channel Islands they do not understand that you are not part of the U.K. But the British isles and not part of the EU and therefore get charges both import duties plus GST
They did sort it out in the end very helpful and reimbursed the excess tax

Super rug, super value
Have had the rug for a week now and have to say we just love it. Amazingly good quality for the price. Very pleased.
It took a few days longer to arrive than the site suggested, coming from America via FedEx, despite being a UK website. That said, worth the wait!

Looks good, wears well
This is the second set of rugs I've bought and although I had to return the first set as it didn't fit in with the furniture, this set is really good. It's an 8ft round and a runner in red shag fibre and because the fibres flop they show up two tones of colour in daylight. The fibres are not as full as the last shag carpet we had which was wool, but it'll be easier to clean and it feels silky underfoot. Delivery was exceptionally quick and customer service fast and efficient.
