Rug never delivered
Deliveries failed twice so i cancelled the order. They must have had the complete address otherwise how would the cc payment have succeeded???
Cancelled order, awaiting refund and if not received will just request a chargeback from CC company

Perfect!
I purchased the 10X8 shag rug in terracotta and couldn’t be happier. I ordered this just after Christmas and so expected a long wait with it being New Year. The rug actually came 2 days sooner than I was told. 6 days after ordering and the rug was here. I gave it a few days to fluff up as it comes rolled up, but now it is beautiful! It’s really thick, lovely and fluffy and very comfortable to walk on. I’m really pleased, I definitely thought I was taking a chance on quality with the prices being so good but this rug is brilliant. I’ll definitely be purchasing again & I highly recommend

Lovely rugs and great service
I live in the UK and placed the order on a Monday and the 2 rugs arrived on the Wednesday..wow how is that for a prompt service direct from the US. Before placing the order I did read the reviews and would like to say here don't believe in all the negativity especially about rugs not settling down. I bought a 10x14 and a long runner. Yes they both took a week or so to settle down but what do you expect when they had been rolled up tightly for the journey over. I will definitely recommend irugs to friends and a few have already asked me for the website address.

Looks amazing!
Bought this big beautiful bright yellow rug a month ago and was worried that it was coming from America, that it might not but all it was cracked up to be, but speedy and reliable delivery and lovely feature to our Living room, has totally enhanced it!

Brilliant!
Very happy with my dove grey shaggy rug. Bought the 7ft by 10ft and it looks great in the living room. I've had lots of nice comments about it. Unbelievably fast delivery, arrived in 6 days and one of those days was a bank holiday! It was longer in the Uk being delivered than it was in the US! I was able to track it every step of the way which was fab. One of the best services ever and not to mention price - very reasonable. Well done !

I was a bit worried due to buying a rug online and it coming from America. Plus the cheap price and what the quality would be like, but after reading all the reviews I decided to take the plunge.
Everything was Excellent, the quality, price and delivery.
My rug was sent by DHL and I could track it through America and into the UK East Midlands Airport and customs clearance, no custom charges. Then delivered to my home in the time slot provided by DHL. Well packaged and on opening it up I was over the moon with the quality and colour was spot on.

Bargain!
I ordered the rug a couple of days before Christmas. It arrived within 3 days even in the xmas rush and from the USA with tracking every step of the way.
It came folded due to the size but it soon levelled out once laid flat.
The rug itself is exactly like the picture, same colour and so far it's wearing well (had it just over a month) having been hoovered everyday with the brush spin switched off. It's nice and soft and looks great in our lounge.
Overall I'm extremely happy with our purchase especially at such a bargain price (cheaper than carpeting the room).
I would buy from again.

I want to lay it on top of a fitted carpet but can some one tell me if it moves about or does it stay in place? I've had to give away 2 already because of this issue. Regards & Thanks
The rug has a 100% cotton backing. However if it will go on top of carpet it should be fine without a rug pad to prevent it from sliding all over the place.

We only recommend spot cleaning our rugs with warm water, detergent and a cloth.

This rug does have a 100% cotton backing and will slide all over the place in a smooth surface but we do sell underlays that come cut to size and prevent the items from moving everywhere. We do sell outdoor rugs in the color black as well.

No, we do not recommend washing it with a vacuum washer this might ruin the rug.
