Super quick delivery
I'm very pleased with the 5x8 trellis rug. It's good quality and very soft. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and the rug has arrived by the Wednesday morning, which I thought was pretty quick considering it had been shipped from America. I didn't get a purchase confirmation email, which you tend to get with most other online purchases. But when I emailed customer services with a question, I got an immediate response, and I got an email informing me that my order had been shipped, with a link to track my purchase which was good. In conclusion I am very happy with my purchase and irugs service and would happily recommend them.

Real quality huge rug!
This is a truly fab rug, such quality I'm rather surprised for the money! It is huge, came folded over but folds quickly smoothed out once down. It is in reality a very dark grey with lighter grey flecks and the trellis is a rich cream. Perfect for our newly decorated dining room. I love this rug, it really is so well made and a lovely feel as you walk on it, nice and thick. Really, I can't fault it! I've bough rugs from irugs before and they are flippin brilliant. This came from America, yet it was delivered only 3 days from ordering!! Fantastic! Well done irugs, I will keep coming back.....!

lots of mat for the price
I am very happy with my runner. The quality is good, it is good value for money, my only complaint is that, I expected it to be more red than it is, in fact I would call it terracotta, rather than red!

Great looking carpet

Really pleased with the quality of the rug. Very good value for money. I bought the extra padding for underneath which was worthwhile as really makes it feel thick underfoot. Also the rug is quite rough underneath so it definitely protects my wooden flooring. I would have been concerned about scratches were it not for this. I initially though this would have been attached but it’s two separate parts so took a while to get them in line with the rug. Worthwhile purchase all in

Excellent quality
Honestly, I bought this rug as I needed a large rug for a big room. The price seemed too good to be true but seeing as I could return it if it was no good I tried it out... OMG it will NOT be going back. I love it!!. Fabulous quality and everyone comments on it! Highly recommend.

My room measures 10' x 11' 6". Any size suggestions? I was hoping not to have carpet. Also is light terracotta colour true to the image online? Thanks.

The grey in this rug I would say is a true grey so not very dark but darker than a light grey.

We do recommend purchasing one of our rug pads to help prevent the rug from sliding on smooth surfaces when placing your order. Please see our rug pad options below:
One is our Superloc Padding ( Premium) which is 1/4" thick - This premium padding is made with 2 layers. The top layer is synthetic fibers to add cushion and durability and the bottom layer is a thin coating of slip resistant latex to prevent slipping and "crawling".
Then we have our 1/8" Regular padding - Basic non-slip resistant.One layer vinyl waffle grid style padding.
Lastly, is our Solid plus which is a polyester fabric coated with a vinyl compound. It's less than a 1/4 in thick. It's anti-microbial, hypoallergenic, fire-retardant, and moth-proofed
